We want you to be happy with your purchase! This policy outlines your options for returning or exchanging items bought online.
Returns
- Change of Mind (EU Customers Only): Under the Consumer Contract Regulation 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return unwanted items for a full refund. Items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Perishable items and masks are non-refundable.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a refund. Please contact us before returning and avoid using faulty items.

- Returning Items: Once you’ve informed us of cancellation, return the unwanted item(s) using a trackable service.
Refunds (EU Customers)
- Change of Mind: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items or evidence of return.
- Faulty Items: Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 14 days of confirming your eligibility.
Refunds (Non-EU Customers)
Refunds for non-EU customers may take up to 21 days after receiving your returned items.
Refund Details
- Faulty Items: We will provide a full refund, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and reasonable return costs (excluding delivery charges for the rest of the order).
- Change of Mind (EU Customers): We will refund the full purchase price and delivery costs to you. However, deductions may be made for damaged or excessively handled items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Missing Returns
If we don’t receive your returned item(s), you may need to provide proof of postage to receive your refund.
Refund Method
We will generally refund you using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Exchanges
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. You can return your unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights regarding faulty or damaged goods.

Delivery Charges
- Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund for unwanted items returned within 14 days (EU customers) if they meet our return policy criteria. Delivery charges won’t be refunded (except for faulty items).
- Standard Delivery Cost: £7.95 per order. Free standard shipping within the UK for orders over £119.90 (including VAT).
- Expedited Shipping Cost: £7.99 per order.

- Standard Delivery: My Hermes (up to £119.90), Royal Mail (over £119.90).
- Expedited Delivery: Royal Mail.
- Additional Charges: Orders under £119.90 (including VAT) incur a £7.95 delivery charge. Deliveries to specific locations (listed below) have an additional £26.95 (including VAT) surcharge.
